Each Harrington & Vale piece is meticulously handcrafted to order. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be crafted and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Free Shipping with Tracking and Insurance

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. Every shipment is sent with full tracking and insurance for your peace of mind. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package in real-time.

3. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Estimated delivery time: Between 3 - 5 working days within the USA, up to 10 business days for Canada from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing (for Canadian shipments), and weather conditions.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Harrington & Vale is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the claim process.
